  • 1 1/2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 C Butter Melted
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 4 Packages Cream Cheese (8 oz. each), Softened
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 C Triple Berry Preserves, Stirred to Soften

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x 13 inch pan with foil and set aside.Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, 2 tbsp sugar and ginger. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan and refrigerate until ready to use.

Beat cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar in large bowl with and electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Add flour and vanilla and mix until blended. Add 1 egg at a time and mix on low speed untill blended. Pour over the prepared crust. Gently drop spoonfuls of the preserves on the top. for a swirled cheesecake take a knife and gently cut through the batter.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes on until the center is almost set. Remove and cool on a wire rack.

Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. You can add your favorite topping.
