Coconut Chess Pie

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 2 t. vinegar
- 1 1/2 t. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter and sugar in saucepan, heat stirring until melted and well blended. Combine all ingredients and mix. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake for about 1 hour at 350* or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
