Ingredients
- 8 cups peanut or corn oil
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 12 oz beer
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 medium size granny smith apples(1 1/2 lbs)
- confectionary sugar

Preparation
Step 1
heat oil in dutch oven 380.
mix flour, beer and sugar in medium size bowl.
core and peel apples. cut into rings. pat dry
using a fork, dip apples into oil. drip excess oil back into oven
drop 4 slices into hot oil, turning once.remove with slotted spoon.
dust with confectionary sugar
