Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add coconut oil, eggs and lemon juice until all flour is dampened. Beat vigorously 2 minutes.
Fold in walnuts. Sprinkle the top with coconut. Bake in a 13 x 9 x 12 inch pan for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in the pan
