Lime Gelatin Salad

Dissolve gelatin in water
- 1 package (6 ounces) lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands®, All Natural, No Corn Syrup Added, Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
Cinnamon Roll Waffles

WAFFLES: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- 1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- CINNAMON TOPPING - 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- CREAM CHEESE TOPPING - 4 Tbsp. butter softened
- 2 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Warm Lemon Pudding Cake

•Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Made with lemon pudding, this comes out of the oven so warm and oozing with pudding. Sort of like a molten lava cake. Only this is a regular sized cake with the pudding coming out the bottom of the cake.
- Simply luscious.
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix (I used Betty Crocker, get the kind that makes a 9×13 size)
- Ingredients called for on back of cake box
- 2 pkg (3.4oz each) instant lemon pudding
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. cold milk
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar (for dusting)

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Directions: Preheat oven to 350
- 2-3 strips bacon, cooked and crisp (I like to cook my bacon in the oven)
- 1 large egg
- 1 slice Colby jack cheese (or cheddar, or any other cheese you like)
- 1 buttermilk biscuit, split in half and toasted
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt/pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine oats and buttermilk
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1-1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar, if desired
Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup

1. In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine potatoes, water, onion, bouillon granules, and pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped (6 cups)
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
