- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1/8 t ground nutmeg
- 1/8 t pepper
- 6 oz crabmeat, chopped
- 3 T finely chopped green onions
- 1/3 c sliced almonds, toasted
- Assorted crackers
White Chicken Chili

- 3 chicken breasts
- 2/3 c chopped onions
- 3 c boiling water + 3 chicken bouillion cubes
- 2 T bottled minced garlic
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- Dash hot sauce
- 2 cans great northern beans, drained
- 1 can white shoe peg corn, drained

- 8 * 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate (do not exceed 61% cacao), chopped
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups unsalted macadamia nuts (about 7 1/2 ounces), toasted, coarsely chopped

- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
- * Vanilla ice cream (optional)
