Party Mashed Potatoes

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
- 1 box (15.3 oz) Hungry Jack mashed potatoes
- 6 c water
- 2 c milk
- 1.5 sticks butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp garlic salt & onion salt
- 16 oz sour cream
- Chives - optional
- Paprika
Heath Bar Candy

boil 1st three ingredients, stirring constantly until thickens and looks like a brown paper bag
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c nuts, finely chopped
- 1/3 c chocolate chips
Buttermilk Pie

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and zest
- 1.5 c sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 T grated lemon zest
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c melted butter
- 1-10 inch unbaked pie crust
Date Nut Cookies

Chill before rolling dough
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c soft butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 lb dates
- 1/4 sugar
- 1/3 c water
- 1 c nuts
Squash Casserole

Heat oven to 350°. Cook squash,onion and salt in boiling water for 25 minutes
- 3 lb squash, 1/4" thick
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4.5 tsp salt
- 16 saltines
- 1/5 c sharp cheddar
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 2 TB butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp pepper & salt
Shrimp Dip

Drain shrimp, rinse and chop finely
- 1 can shrimp
- 1/2 c mayo
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 3/4 c Heinz cocktail sauce
Hot Spiced Fruit

Mix all in crock pot; heat several hours on low
- large can of each:
- peach slices, drained
- pineapple chunks and juice
- pear slices, drained
- apricot halves, drained
- t each:
- nutmeg
- ground cinnamon
- 1/3 t ground cloves
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c butter
Toffee Dip for Apples

Spread cream cheese on bottom of pie dish
- 8 oz cream cheese
- caramel topping
- heath bits
- apples
Baked Garlic

Remove outer leaves. Cut off top of bulb

Spinach-Artichoke Gratin

Heat oven to 425°. Saute onions 6 minutes or until tender
- 2 c chopped yellow onions
- 2 TB flour
- 1.25 c milk
- 3/4 c parmesan
- 1/4 c mayo
- 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2-10 oz package spinach, thawed & well drained
