Praline Pecan Crunch

A sweet twist on the ole Chex Mix idea
- 8 c Quaker Oatmeal Squares
- 3 c pecan halves
- 1/2 c Karo syrup
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsb baking soda
Cheesy Soup

An easy, hearty winter soup
- 1 large can chicken noodle soup or chicken & rice soup
- 1 large can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans shoepeg corn
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can Rotel
Jen Hudson's Jambalaya/Gumbo

Drain all liquids. Simmer
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans sliced okra
- 2 cans corn
- 1/2 c Old Bay
- 2 cans lima beans
- 2 cans water
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 lb Kielbasa
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- S&P to taste
- Rice (optional)
Chili with kielbasa

Simmer for a few hours
- Brown:
- 2 lb beef
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- Add:
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t black pepper
- 2 cans chili beans or kidney beans
Chicken and Ham Pockets

Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a baking sheet
- 2 c chopped chicken
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg dry Italian salad mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 - 13.8 oz can refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 T olive oil
My favorite, easiest Chicken Stew

Shred chicken. Combine all ingredients except chicken, tomatoes and paste
- 4 lb whole chicken, cooked, deboned
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can creamed corn
- 10 oz frozen lima beans
- 1 large potato, diced
- 1 c diced onion
- 2 chicken buillion cubes
- 1 can diced Italian tomatoes
- 6 oz can tomato paste

Pizza casserole

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix beef and Ragu
- 1.5 lb ground beef, browned, drained
- 8 oz twisted macaroni, cooked & drained
- 2 jars Ragu
- 16 oz mozzarella
- 1 small package pepperoni
Bean and Ham Soup

Drain beans. Process 1 can of beans in a blender
- 3 cans Great Northern Beans
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 8 oz sliced ham, cubed
- dash of pepper
Tuscan Chicken Torte

Heat oven to 375°. Mix bisquick, beans and dressing
- 1.3 c Bisquick
- 1/3 c Italian Dressing
- 1 can canneloni bans, drained, rinsed, mashed
- 1.5 c diced cooked chicken
- 10 oz chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
- 1 c shredded mozzarlla cheese
- 1.25 c milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c slivered almonds, lightly toasted
