- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Cheesy Baked Ravioli

Heat oven to 425 degrees F
- 1 1/4 cup(s) fresh baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cup(s) marinara sauce
- 1 ounce(s) sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil), diced (about 1/4 cup)
- 3/4 cup(s) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounce(s) (large) cheese ravioli
Maple and Pecan Shortbreads

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1/4 cup/60 ml packed light brown sugar
- 1 stick/125 ml unsalted butter, softened (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon/5 ml pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups/310 ml all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- Pinch fine salt
- 1 1/2 cups/355 ml pure maple syrup
- Ice water, for chilling
- 1 cup/250 ml pecans, toasted, chopped
- Flaked sea salt, such as Maldon, for garnish
Chile Relleno Casserole

Preheat oven to 375F. Cook hamburger meat and onion
- 1/2 lb. beef
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 1 10 oz. can whole green chilies
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Spaghetti Sauce

Brown ground beef, mix all ingredients together, season with garlic, salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 lb. 12 oz. can of peeled, ready-cut tomatoes
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning
Horseradish-Mashed Potatos

Place the potatoes in a 2-quart saucepan with 1 tsp of the salt
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp finely grated horseradish
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground white pepper
Mystery Cake

- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 cup sherry wine

- 4 ears of corn, in husks
- Butter
- Salt

- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 1 10-oz. tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 3/4 cup garlic and herb cheese spread (such as Alouette), divided
- 3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 small red onion
- 1 7 to 8 inch long zucchini (yellow or green), cut crosswise into 1/8 inch thick rounds, divided
- Olive oil
Classic Onion Dip
