This is a fantastic quick meal that is good served over rice, or egg noodles

  • Variations:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz can)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Steamed white rice, or egg noodles, cooked
  • Can substitute sirloin strips for the ground beef, fresh mushrooms for the canned, and red chili flakes for a little heat. Fresh garlic also is very tasty.
