Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more to coat baking dish, at room temperature
- 5 pounds russet potatoes (about 12), peeled and quartered
- 10 ounces bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup whole milk, warm
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese or cream cheese, room temperature
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Honey Lime Chicken Thighs

In a small bowl combine lime juice, honey, soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 7 or 8 chicken thighs (depends on your skillet size)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- green onions, chopped
- 1 lime, sliced (for garnish only)
Braised Brats with Apples & Onions

Instructions Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high
- 6 bratwursts
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 apples, cored and diced
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced (optional)
- 1-1/2 cups Moscato Wine (I used Gallo Family Moscato)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 hot dog buns or brat style rolls
- dijon mustard for serving
Crab Cakes Recipe

let's do it Transfer crabmeat into a colander then set aside to drain excess liquid
- 1 lb crab meat, jumbo lump
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 - 4 dashes hot sauce, optional
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/3 cup green onion, finely sliced , about 3–4
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped, fresh or dried
- 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, crushed, butter or saltines
- oil, for frying
