Pizza Pull-Apart Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 (14 oz.) cans of Pillsbury pizza dough (you can use Grand biscuits)
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 (8 oz.) package of pepperoni (cut into quarters)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Candy Corn Jell-O Shots

Bring the water to a boil
- White Layer
- 1 1 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup canned, unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Vanilla Schnapps
- to the gelatin over the coconut milk and water in a saucepan and let sit for a few minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring, until the gelatin starts to dissolve. Add the sugar and stir till dissolved. Cool till just warm. Stir in the vanilla schnapps.
- Orange Layer
- 3 3 pkg 3 oz. pkg Orange Jell-O
- 1 1 1 cup water
- 4 4 4 oz. Orange sherbet (about one scoop)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Vanilla schnapps
- 3 3 3 Tbsp Butterscotch schnapps (optional)
- Orange food coloring (if desired)
Strawberry Spinach Salad with Praline Pecans!

Make the pralines first by melting 1/2 stick butter in a skillet with 1 cups brown sugar
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 5-6 slices bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbs. half and half
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
- 1/4 cup poppy seed dressing

BOIL CHICKEN ,veggies, IN WATER TIL DONE, REMOVE CHICKEN FROM POT AND REMOVE BONES
- 1 whole chicken cut up
- splash of oil
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 can peas
- 3 carrots chopped
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 TBS PARSLEY
- 1 tsp tsp pepper
- 2 cans chicken broth (14oz)each
- DUMPLINGS
- 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning OR CHICKEN BOULLION POWDER
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 EGG
Momma's Creamy Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Serves: 8-10 Prep Time: 25 Min Cook Time: 35 Min
- 16 oz elbow macaroni (about 2 cups)
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c milk, divided ( i used 2% )
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 lb velveeta cheese cubed (1/2 inch size)
- 8 oz shredded kraft mild cheddar cheese (about 2 cups), divided
- 8 oz shredded kraft monterrey jack cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Cheesy Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Brown ground beef in a large stock pot, drain, remove from pan and set aside
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large green peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen diced onion
- 29 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 3 (14 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (14 oz) cans corn, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
SWEET HAWAIIAN CROCK-POT CHICKEN

Combine all together, cook on low in Crock-pot 6-8 hours
- 2 lb. Chicken tenderloin chunks
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

I needed a dinner that was easy and delicious, would please everyone, one that also reheated well in case my daught...
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- salt to taste
- optional seasonings: black pepper, oregano, cumin, coriander, chopped garlic, hot smoked paprika, chilli powder—whatever you’re in the mood for (I just used black pepper, garlic and a tablespoon of fish sauce, which gives it depth)
- one 28-ounce can whole tomatoes, pureed in the can with a hand blender or in a blender blender
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 box macaroni
- 1 cup each grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses
