Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped to 1/2-inch dice
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-3/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon milk, divided
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 2 TBS sriracha or other hot sauce

- 1 (13.5 oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup natural, creamy peanut butter (with no added emulsifiers)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
