- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3 Chopped Potaotes
- Chopped Chives
- 8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 1 can Asparagus, drained, or equivalent amount of Fresh Asparagus
- 1 Can Cream Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup Finely chopped Peanuts

1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water
- 1 Pound small unpeeled red potatoes
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Onions
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 tsp Dill Weed
Creamy Potatoes

Mix all ingrediants, place in a 13 x 9" baking dish Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes

- 2 medium Granny Smith apples, cut into 1/4-inch pieces (2 cups)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped (optional)
