1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions
- 12 - 12 dried lasagna noodles
- 1 - 1 (10 ounce) package frozen leaf spinach
- 16 - 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 6 - 6 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, minced and drained
- 2 - 2 tablespoons minced black olives
- 1 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 - 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes, double if you like spice
- 3 - 3 cups spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 - 1 tablespoon dried breadcrumbs
- - olive oil
- - basil sprig

- MOCHA CRUMB CRUST(recipe follows)
- 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 container (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs

- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 1-2/3 cups sugar

- 2 cups Gold Medal® self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 - 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 1 - 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 - 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 - 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 - 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 24 - 24 ounces cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
- 2 - 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 - 1 lb mozzarella cheese, divided

- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 teaspoons lemon juice

- 2 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4-1/2 - 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 - 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup red wine
