Colorful Veggie Bake

Prepare vegetables according to package directions; drain
- 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen California-blend vegetables
- 8 ounces process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 6 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1/2 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 13 crackers)
Crock Pot Lasagna

1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in frypan
- 1 - 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 - 1 onion, chopped
- 2 - 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 - 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 - 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 - 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese or asiago cheese
- 16 - 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Easy Chocoberry Cream Dessert

1. Place ladyfingers, cut side in, on bottom and around sides of 9-inch springform pan
- 2 packages (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed and drained
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa or HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Additional frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)
- Fresh strawberries(optional)
Garlic Pork Roast

With a sharp knife, cut a deep pocket between each rib on meaty side of roast
- 1 pork loin roast (about 5 pounds)
- 1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Eggplant Parmesan

1. Slice eggplant into rounds at least 1/4 inch thick
- 2 - 2 medium eggplants
- 1 - 1 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 8 - 8 ounces parmesan cheese
- 3 - 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 - 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
- - salt and pepper
Deep Dark Mousse

1. Stir together sugar and gelatin in small saucepan; stir in milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup (1/2 pt.)cold whipping cream
- Sweetened whipped cream(optional)
Black-Eyed Peas with Bacon

Place peas, bacon and enough water to cover in a large kettle; bring to a boil
- 1 pound black-eyed peas, rinsed and sorted
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Additional crumbled bacon, optional

1. In a medium Dutch oven, heat the oil over low heat
- 2 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 - 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- - salt and black pepper
- 1 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 - 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 lbs tilapia fillets
White Chip Fruit Tart

- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- FRUIT TOPPING(recipe follows)
