Apple Pie in a Jar

Place a rack in the bottom of a large stock pot
- 4 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 cups water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 7 quarts peeled, cored and sliced apples
Lemon Grilled Salmon

Sprinkle dill, lemon-pepper, salt if desired and garlic powder over salmon
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 salmon fillet (1-1/2 pounds)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1 small lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 onion slices, separated into rings
Stir Fry Ramen

1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain
- 1 - 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (beef flavored)
- 2 - 2 cups water
- 1 - 1 lb steak (cut into strips)
- 2 - 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 - 2 cups broccoli, cut up
- 1 - 1 cup green onion, cut into strips
- 1 - 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 - 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Sole Fish Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 400F 2
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1 - 1 cup cooked macaroni (or other pasta)
- 1 - 1 large tomato, sliced
- - salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 - 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 - 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 2 - 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 - 1 lb sole
Italian Zucchini Boats

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise
- 6 medium zucchini
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Sonoma Chicken Salad

1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds,garlic powder,onion powder, salt and pepper

- 5 - 5 teaspoons honey
- 2 - 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 2/3 cups REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips, divided (10-ounce package)
- 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, 3 sticks
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons water
Stuffed Snow Peas

1. In salted, boiling water, blanch (boil rapidly in lots of water) snow peas for 30 seconds
- 48 - 48 snow peas
- 8 - 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - black pepper, optional
Thai Grilled Chicken

1. Prepare grill. Preheat on medium heat
- 2 - 2 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 - 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Fresh Apple and Toffee Tart

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Peel and slice apples into thin slices
- 4 to 6 large tart apples such as Granny Smith
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch or all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 package (15-oz. box) refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 1-1/3 cups (8-oz. pkg.) HEATH BITS 'O BRICKLE Toffee Bits, divided
- 2 teaspoons white decorator sugar crystals or granulated sugar, divided
- Sweetened whipped cream or ice cream(optional)
