Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a sheet or two of plastic wrap on a work surface
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced-to-a-paste garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano

- 1 pork tenderloin (2 to 4 pounds)
