1. Melt butter in microwave & add brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 loaf Texas toast
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling

1. Peel and chop eggs. In large bowl use potato masher to slightly mash eggs
- 12 hard cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar or white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, crumbled
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle or sweet pickle

Broccoli Wild Rice Casserole

Add the wild rice into a medium saucepan with 5 cups of the chicken broth
- 2 cups Uncooked Wild Rice
- 8 cups Low-sodium Chicken Broth, More If Needed For Thinning
- 3 heads Broccoli, Cut Into Small Florets
- 1 pound White Button Or Crimini Mushrooms, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cup (1 Stick) Butter
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 whole Carrots, Peeled And Finely Diced
- 2 stalks Celery, Finely Diced
- 4 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt, More To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
