•Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container
- 1 part chili powder
- 1 part ground cumin
- 1 part garlic powder
- 1 part onion powder
- 1/4 – 1/2 part crushed red pepper
Roasted Butternut Squash with Pine Nuts and Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 1 whole Butternut Squash, Whatever Size You Want (a Small Squash Serves Two To Four)
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan (more To Taste)
- 3 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
- Optional: Salad Greens And Balsamic Vinaigrette

In a greased 2 qt casserole, layer the chicken, eggs, carrots, and peas
- 2 c chopped cooked chicken breast
- 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
- 1/2 c thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 c frozen green peas

- 1 c chicken broth

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 boxes of low fat chocolate jello instant pudding
- 4 cups of milk (as per the pudding directions)

- 1 bag of mini Reese peanut butter cups (chopped into pieces)

- 3 Tbsp. homemade taco seasoning
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 58 oz canned chicken broth, four 14.5 oz cans
- 16 oz low-fat sausage(s), or reduced-fat kielbasa, cut into bite-size pieces
- 15 oz canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 medium uncooked carrot(s), chopped
- 3 rib(s) (medium) uncooked celery, chopped
- 1 large uncooked onion(s), chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes, undrained

- 1 cucumber (shred, strain and squeeze out water)

- Imitation Crab w/ Spicy Mayo (mix of mayo + sriracha hot sauce)
- Ginger
- Soy sauce
- Avocado (optional on top or as filling)
