Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat
- 2 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (2 1/4 inch thick) center-cut, bone-in pork chops
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper
Just Peachy Pork Tenderloin

Flatten each tenderloin slice to 1/4-in
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 12 slices
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
Brookies (Brownie Cookies)

You can use store bought chocolate chip cookie dough to save time
- For Cookie Layer:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Brownie Layer
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Beat softened butter, light brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract together in a large bowl until creamy. Add 1 egg; beat until light and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brookies comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Rice One-Pan Taco Dinner Salad

Prepare the rice according to package directions
- 1 bag Success Boil-in-Bag White or Brown Rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- Salsa, optional
Fried Sausage-Stuffed Olives

Mix first 8 ingredients in medium bowl until well incorporated
- 4 ounces sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- 1 1/2 t. chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1/2 t. finely grated lemon peel
- 1/2 t. dried crushed red pepper
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 30 large green pitted olives (such as Cerignola)
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 t. water
- Vegetable oil for frying

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2-1/2 cups Rice Krispies
- Pecan halves, optional

- 1 pound dry penne pasta
- ]1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley

- 1 t. chopped fresh rosemary
- 3/4 cup chicken broth

Peach Pie Twisters

Let piecrusts stand at room temperature according to package directions
- 1 ounce rolled refrigerated unbaked piecrust (2 crusts)
- 3 medium peaches, pitted and chopped, or one 16-oz. pkg. frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed and chopped
- 2/3 cup tiny marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon sugar or chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar or 1 Tbsp. sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- Vanilla ice Cream (optional)
Bacon and Sweet Corn Pasta

1. Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions
- Boil:
- 8 oz. dry campanelle or farfalle pasta
- Cook:
- 4 strips thick-sliced bacon, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chopped zucchini
- 1 1/4 cups fresh corn kernels (2 ears corn)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- salt and black pepper, to taste
