Cucumber Tomato Feta Salad

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, basil and feta cheese
- 1 about 1 pint of halved or quartered cherry tomatoes
- 2 medium field cucumbers, halved lengthwise, seeded, and diced to about 1/2-inch
- 1/2 of a medium red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp raw sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
Madeline's Chicken/ Turkey Casserole

Toss stuffing mix with chicken broth, beaten eggs and cream of mushroom soup
- 3 ~ 7 or 8 ounce package Herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 3 ~ 10.5 cans of Cream of Mushroom sSoup
- 6 cups diced chicken/turkey
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tbs chopped pimentos (optional)
- 2 Tbs parsley flakes
Ree Drummond Green Bean Casserole

Cut green beans in half if you like pieces to be a little smaller
- 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans, Ends Cut Off
- 4 slices Bacon, Cut Into 1/4 Inch Pieces
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 2-1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Half-and-half
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt, More To Taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 jar (4 Ounce) Sliced Pimentoes, Drained
- Extra Milk For Thinning If Necessary
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

White Chicken Chili Bush's Can Recipe

Love this recipe for white chicken chili! I substitute turkey when I have leftovers from holidays
- 1 tablesppon extra light olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 (4 ounces) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 (14.5 ounces) cans Bush's Great Northern Beans
- 1 (14.5 ounces) can reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast

- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
