Party Potatoes

Combine soups, sour cream, salt and onion
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream (can use Top The Tater brand with seasoning)
- 2 pound bag of frozen hash browns
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp grated onion
- Paprika (optional)
Raspberry Jello With A Sweet Pretzel Topping

Most recipes like this have the pretzels on the bottom but this recipe has them on the top
- 1 large raspberry jello
- 4 cups frozen raspberries
- 2 cups boiling water
- ~Mix together and put in a 9x13 pan let cool and set in refrigerator.
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- ~Beat and top the set jello
- 1 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 4 Tbs sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
Martha's Chili

This is a quick recipe. Best to make the day ahead to blend the flavors
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 can (14oz) red kidney beans
- 1 can (14oz) Hormel chili with beans
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 6 Tbs chili powder
- 1 (14oz) can beef broth
- 1 (30oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Triple Berry Pie Bars

Preparation Instructions To make the crust/topping, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Butter

- 2 bags Frozen Mixed Berries, Such As Strawberries, Blackberries, And Blueberries (16 Ounce Bags)
Chickpea and Cucumber Salad with Dried Cherries and Cheese

Add the vinegars, oil, parsley, salt, pepper and cherries in a large bowl
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- pinch of kosher salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup dried cherries (40g)
- 1 Cucumber cut in chunks
- 1 Can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 Mini Babybel Sharp Original cut into small chunks
Corn Dog Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 2 (8.5 ounce) packages cornbread mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 9 hot dogs, cut in half
Chocolate Sheet Cake

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt
- Icing:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- 4 heaping tbsp cocoa
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 sticks butter (1 cup minus 2 tbsp)
- 4 heaping tbsp cocoa
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb minus 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Plum and Peach Butter

Makes 4-250mL jars Directions: Combine the plums, peaches and water in a large pot
- 3 cups chopped, pitted plums
- 3 cups chopped, pitted peaches
- 1/2 cup water
- 400 g (2 cups) sugar, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
Chocolate Raspberry Desert

This is my children's favorite birthday cake
- Chocolate cake mix ~ Mix as directed on package. Bake and Cool.
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding ~ Mix as directed on package.
- Add 8 ounces of soft cream cheese. Beat till smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
- Spread on one can of Wilderness raspberry pie filling over pudding layer.
- Cover with 8 ounce of Cool Whip. Can top with shaved chocolate.
- Refrigerate
- Can use any flavor pie filling that is your favorite.
Corn and Asparagus Salad

Fill a large stock pot with water, salt and bring it to a boil
- 6 ears yellow corn, shucked
- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- 1 small red onion, diced small
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
