1. For crust, in a small mixing bowl combine flour and the 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 ~1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (no substitutes)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup light-colored corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions 1. CRUST: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy

- CREAM CHEESE FILLING
- 7 ~ 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 5 extra large eggs
- VANILLA CRUST*
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 lg egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c flour
- a pinch of salt
- you may also use an oreo cookie crust if you like.
- RASPBERRY GRAN MARNIER SAUCE
- 2 jar(s) seedless raspberry jam
- 7 Tbsp gran marnier liquor
- 5-6 cups raspberries, fresh
Angela's Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

This is a different recipe than I have found on this sight
- 5 pounds potatoes ( I have used red and left the skin on for a more rustic look)
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 Tbs chopped parsley
- 2 tsp onion diced small
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs butter
- 4 cloves of garlic minced

Heat oven to 30 degrees and place a roasting pan inside to get hot
- 4 tbs vegetable oil
- 12 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into wedges (sixths)
- 3 cups button mushrooms, washed and quartered

- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons pure almond extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Quick dip that is full of flavor--tangy, sweet, and a bit spicy
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley)
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dried onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish (adjust up or down according to heat of your horseradish and your personal taste)
- 4 ounces prepared yellow mustard
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces mayonnaise
