Chocolate Cookie Dough Cake

Make the Cake Bake cake according to package directions
- Chocolate Cookie Dough Cake
- Ingredients
- Chocolate cake mix, plus water, eggs, and oil called for on the box
- For the Cookie Dough Filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I used mini ones)
- 3 tablespoons milk
- For the Chocolate Glaze
- 4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

BEAT first 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. each red and green food colorings
Lemon Pudding Cake

Note: I've made this both with and without sugar
- 1 box lemon (or yellow) cake mix
- (ingredients listed on back of box; eggs, oil and water)
- 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant lemon pudding
- 1/3 cup sugar (optional)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/4 cup water
- powdered sugar, for dusting
CHOCOLATE PIZZELLES

Beat eggs and add sugar gradually
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Chicken:
- 2-4 tablespoons canola oil
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Sauce:
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s brand for hot wings, for instance)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, divided
- 6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1 square BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
