- For the cake:
- Ingredients
- 1 box honey graham crackers (14.4 oz)
- 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) instant french vanilla pudding
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 12 oz cool whip
- For the Frosting:
- 2 oz. melted unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
Irish Cheesecake

HEAT oven to 325°F. MIX nuts, 2 Tbsp
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans (or mint oreos)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (omit if oreos are used)
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Filling:
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons milk

- 7-ounce jar marshmallow crème
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Chocolate Raspberry Pizzelle filling

Using a pastry tube, we filled each pizzelle with the filling
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon butter,
- 4 tablespoons raspberry preserves and mixed to combine flavors (at this point 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped nuts may be added).
