- 3/4 pound elbow macaroni
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)
- 4 ounces cold cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

- 6 thick slices of bacon (6 ounces), cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (5 cups)

Simply Oven Baked Pork Chops and Rice

- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
