Cheese Filled Yeast Cake With Streusel

FOR THE FILLJNG Mix all filling ingredients in an bowl until smooth
- DOUGH
- 1 T dry yeast
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 C warm water or milk
- 1 egg
- 4 1/2 C flour
- 2/3 C butter
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- FILLING
- 3 3/8 C farmer cheese
- 1 1/8 C cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C melted butter
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3 egg Yolks
- 3 T flour
- STREUSEL
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C softened butter
- ALSO
- 1 beaten egg
- Powdered sugar
- NOTE
- the cakes can be kept frozen for up to two months

- 5 lb shoulder roast
- 1 large onion,sliced
- 2 Tbs dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp cumin
- 6 cloves garlic,crushed
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice

- 2 (16 oz)cans black beans(rinsed and drained)
- 2 small onion,chopped
- 2 cloves garlic,chopped
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro

- 1-1 1/2 cups,cubed cooked chicken
- 1 red apple,cubed
- 1 scallion,thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 5 dried apricots,chopped
- a few sprigs parsley,chopped
- a handful candied pecans
- Dressing
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbs real maple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon,or to taste
- 1 pinch each of nutmeg,ginger and pepper
