Taco Dip from Suzie

Assemble in a glass dish. Layer twice,avocado on the bottom,sour cream,onions and chopped tomatoes on top
- 3 medium avocados,mashed
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sour cream (or Tofutti)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix(blue Ortega packet)
- 1 large bunch scallions or vidalia onion
- 3 medium tomatoes,chopped
- 8 oz shredded cheddar or mozz. cheese (if dairy)
- 1 cab Durkee French Fried Onions (if pareve)

- 1 quart barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup duck sauce

Duo Chicken and Pastrami Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

- 3 cups spinach leaves
- 1 medium red onion,sliced into 1/2 moons
- 1/2 cup honey glazed almonds coarsely chopped

- 2-3 T onion,chopped
- 1/3 cup vinegar
