Glazed Orange Scones

1. Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat oven to 400 degrees
- For the Scones
- 1/3 cup sugar
- zest of two medium oranges
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, frozen
- 1/2 cup Green Valley Organics Lactose Free Sour Cream
- 1 large egg
- For the Glaze
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter; melted
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar; sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

For the dressing: In a small bowl, combine the mirin, olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar and mix well

- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
