Indonesian Traditional Cakes: Colorful Snow Ball Cake ( klepon )

How to prepare: • Boil or steam the potatoes
- Cake colouring (choose your fave colour)
- 50 gr of brown palm sugar (sliced)
- Boiling water
- 115 gr of gloutious rice flour
- 60 gr of potatoes (one medium size potato)
- 1 teasp of salt
- 100 gr of coconut gratin (steamed)
Crock Pot Orange Chicken

In a bowl, mix the orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, and ketchup
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped into small chunks
- 1/3 cup flour
- olive oil
- 1/2 T salt
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 T ketchup
- 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate (thaw or throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds)
- 4 T brown sugar
Sweet & Sour Chicken

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to full boil, stirring constantly until thickened
- Chicken
- 3-4 Chicken breasts, cut into slices or cubes
- salt
- 1 C. flour
- 1/2 C. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 C. cold water
- Vegetable Oil
- Rub salt into chicken pieces. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and cold water in a medium sized bowl. Set aside. Heat oil*.
- Sauce
- 1/2 C. water
- 4 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Catsup
- 1 1/3 C. Sugar
Turtle Icebox Cookies

- icebox cookie dough
- 2 1/2 cups flour (will vary in dough modifications)
- 16 tbsp (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless beef top round steak — trimmed of fat, cut into cubes
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice
- 2 cups fat free beef broth
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Red Roasted Chili Paste (like the kind from Thai Kitchen)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water

Mango Almond Refrigerator Oatmeal - Flavored with fresh mango, honey, and almond extract
- old fashioned rolled oats (not instant, quick, or steel-cut)
- Greek yogurt (regular yogurt is thinner; if you use it, you'll need to reduce the amount of milk); read my post for easy instructions for straining regular yogurt to make Greek yogurt.

Stuffed Nutella French Toast with Strawberries

Directions: Combine the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 thick slices (1 1/2 to 2-inches) bread, such as challah or soft Italian bread
- 1/2 About 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Unsalted butter
- Powdered sugar for serving

- 2-3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Jello Easter Eggs with Vanilla Cream Cheese Filling
