No-Bake Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Cookies

- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups salted peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups Rice Krispies

Pumpkin Pie Dip (And Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice)

Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices, blend well
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (Splenda would work too)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)*
- 6 oz fat free Greek yogur
- 8 oz Cool Whip (I used fat-free)
- cut up apples, bananas, and other fruits/crackers/cookies to dip
Nutella Souffles

Greek-style yogurt works the best for this recipe, as “regular” yogurt can be a little bit on the thin side
- 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
- 3 large egg yolks
- 3 large egg whites, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- butter and sugar, for ramekins
Pork Tenderloin with Pan Sauce

Directions: Combine all marinade ingredients and reserve 2-3 Tbsp
- Ingredients:
- 1 ⁄2 cups olive oil
- 1 ⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1 ⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 1-lb. pork tenderloin (silver skin removed)
STRAWBERRY PUDDING

In a 2 quart casserole dish layer the vanilla wafers and strawberries
- 3 to 4 cups strawberries, capped and sliced
- Vanilla wafers, (I use about 50 wafers to make this pudding)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup regular or 2% milk
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- Meringue for Pudding
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Homemade Flavored Popcorn

Directions Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C)
- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored gelatin mix
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons water
Apple Pie of Roses

1 * Stir butter with sugar vanilla and orange crust
- For dough:
- 125 g soft butter
- 70 g Powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 100 g finely ground almonds
- 150 g flour
- For the cream:
- 400 ml milk
- 100 ml white wine
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pkg vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 5-6 apples

- 12 stick s of string cheese or 12 pieces of mozzarella cut into 4 x 1/2 inch sticks
- 1 1/2 cups panko-style breadcrumbs (or Progresso Italian-style Panko breadcrumbs)
- 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- Canola oil for frying
Vanilla-Bean Caramel Sauce

1. Using a medium saucepan, spread the sugar in an even layer over the bottom
- 1 cup (225 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds removed*
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- If you don't have any vanilla beans on hand; increase the vanilla extract to 1 tablespoon. It still tastes great!
