- Salad:
- 4 cups romaine or mixed salad greens
- 2 oz dried cranberries
- 2 oz walnuts or cashews

- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
