Oklahoma Fried Onion Burgers

Combine onion and 1 tsp salt in bowl and toss to combine
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced 1/8 inch thick
- Salt and pepper
- 12 oz ground beef
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, buttered and toasted

Topping: 1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and honey
- Topping:
- 7 tablespoons (3-1/2 ounces) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup honey

Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs

In a large bowl combine steak, potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, and seasonings and toss to combine
- 2-2 1/2 2-2 1/2 2 1/2-inch top sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and cut into 2 1/2-inch pieces (see note)
- 1 1 1 pound baby yellow potatoes quartered (or halved if they are already less than 1 inch in size, see note)

Easy Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles

- 1 (2 lb) beef chuck roast
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix from a 2.2 oz box
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (I used cream of celery)
- 1 heaping Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 (14-oz) can beef broth
- 3-5 cups water
- 1 (12 oz) package Reames Frozen Egg Noodles (There weren't enough noodles. Either double this or use a package of regular egg noodles)
- salt and pepper to taste
