- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

- 1 14 ounce package vanilla caramels, unwrapped
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup milk chocolate pieces

Teriyaki Sauce

- 1 bottle soy sauce (lite for less salt)

Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

- Slaw:
- 1 whole Cut Up Fryer Chicken
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 bottle (large) Barbecue Sauce
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced
- 8 whole Cloves Garlic (more To Taste)
- 1/2 head Cabbage, Sliced Thin
- 1/2 head Purple Cabbage, Sliced Thin
- 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
Avocado Lime Spread

- 1-1/2 whole Avocados, Peeled And Pitted
- 2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Strawberry Whipped Cream Frosting

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons food processed strawberries (take some fresh strawberries, wash them, remove the stems, and throw them in the food processor until they become a thick, seedy liquid)
Quick Chicken Fricassee

Two tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley leaves may be substituted for the tarragon in this recipe
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts , thighs, or a combination
- Table salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms , stems trimmed, caps wiped clean and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 medium onion , chopped fine (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 medium garlic clove , minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons juice from 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon (see note)

- Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing:
- Large bowl of fresh spinach_
- 8 strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup grapefruit, segmented
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried pineapple pieces
- Popped amaranth
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup flax oil
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup xagave (if you like it sweeter add more)
- 1 heaping spoonful Dijon mustard
Barley French Bread and Barley Fry Bread

- For the Fry bread add the following to the recipe:
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 cup cooked barley, whole
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. salt
- 3 cups natural white flour
- 1 1/2 T saf-instant yeast
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 more tablespoon yeast
- add flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl
