  • 3 cans black beans rinsed and drained
  • 3 or 4 cups of frozen corn
  • 6 or 7 or 8 roma tomatoes diced
  • 5 or 6 green onions chopped
  • cilantro, a bunch
  • 6 about 6 roasted & peeled green chili's
  • 4 or 5 diced avocados
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 tablespoon lime juice (I used a mix of lemon & lime this time)
  • Small Recipe:
  • 1 can Black beans rinsed and drained

  • 2 Green onions thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro to taste (1/2 to 3/4 cup)
  • 1 small Can diced green chiles
  • 2 Ripe avocados finely diced
