- Cupcakes:

- zest & juice of an orange
- 2 vanilla beans (or 2 tsp. vanilla paste or extract)

- For the crumb topping:
- 2-1/4 oz. (1/2 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt

- For the cake:
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, or a mix

This makes a ton so obviously you can decrease it to what ever you need
- Salsa for a Crowd:
- 3 cans black beans rinsed and drained
- 3 or 4 cups of frozen corn
- 6 or 7 or 8 roma tomatoes diced
- 5 or 6 green onions chopped
- cilantro, a bunch
- 6 about 6 roasted & peeled green chili's
- 4 or 5 diced avocados
- dash of cayenne pepper
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoon lime juice (I used a mix of lemon & lime this time)
- Small Recipe:
- 1 can Black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen corn
- 2 or 3 Roma tomatoes diced
- 2 Green onions thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro to taste (1/2 to 3/4 cup)
- 1 small Can diced green chiles
- 2 Ripe avocados finely diced
- hint Cayenne
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice

- 3 cups warm water

- 2 T dough enhancer
- 3 T Saf-instant yeast

- 5 cups whole grain flour
