Homestyle Potato Salad

- 4 pounds white or red potatoes
- 10 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 1/2
- green or red bell pepper, diced
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons nonfat milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon black pepper
Egg Salad I

Directions Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water
- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Cucumber Salad

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (1 inch)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (1 inch)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
German-Style Beef Roast

Directions 1. Trim fat from meat
- 1 2 1/2 - 3 pound boneless beef chuck pot roast
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 cups sliced carrots (2)
- 2 cups chopped onions (2 large)
- 1 cup sliced celery (2 stalks)
- 3/4 cup chopped kosher-style dill pickles
- 1/2 cup dry red wine or beef broth
- 1/3 cup German-style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 20-ounce package hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup green beans, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- Meat from a 2-pound rotisserie chicken, cubed, skin and bones discarded
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 3 - 5 pounds cubed beef stew meat
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 4 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup warm water

Best Ever Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-low heat
- 4 lbs. Round, chuck or boneless pot roast 1 tsp. Celery Salt
- 2 Tbsps. Canola Oil 1 cup Hot Water
- 1/2 cup Good red wine 1/2 lb. Baby Carrots
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced 10 Small red potatoes
- 1 medium Onion, coarsely chopped 1 lb. Whole medium mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 2 Stalks Celery, in-inch pieces
