Neely's Chicken Salad in Tomato Cups

- 1 rotisserie chicken, skinless and meat shredded or diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped tarragon leaves
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cups halved seedless red grapes
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 head butter lettuce
Slow Cooker Golden Chicken with Noodles

Stir the soup, water, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder and carrots in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker
- 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 8 large carrots, thickly sliced (about 6 cups)
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
- 4 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
- Chopped fresh parsley
Strawberry Pie VI

Directions In a medium bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 3 cubes ice
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Frosty Strawberry Dessert

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup whipped cream
Minestrone Soup

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1/3 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 28-ounce can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 14-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 15-ounce can low-sodium kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup elbow pasta
- 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Gina's Butterscotch Sundae

Scoop ice cream into sundae glasses
- 1 pint high quality butter pecan ice cream
- Butterscotch sauce, recipe follows
- 1 cup chopped toffee bars (recommended: Heath bar)
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Hawaiian Salad

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- 3 package (3 oz) Strawberry Gelatin
- 4 cups Boiling Water
- 1 package (1 lb) Frozen Strawberries
- 1 can (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple
- 1 cup Bananas ; mashed
- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
Balsamic Flank Steak

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (1-1/2- to 2-pound flank steak
