Chocolate-Raspberry Brownies

First eight ingredients are for the brownies; last five are for the frosting
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margerine
- 2 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Seedless raspberry jam or preserves
- 1 1/2 cups Powdered sugar ; sifted
- 3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 tablespoons Butteror margerine ; melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons Boiling Water
Braised Pork Chops

Directions Combine seasonings; sprinkle over pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 3/4-thick each
- 1 teaspoon olive or canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
Tomato Cucumber Salad II

Directions In a large bowl, toss together the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, mayonnaise, and garlic
- 4 medium fresh tomatoes, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- salt to taste
Chicken Francese

In a shallow dish, combine flour, parsley, and salt; mix well

- cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, divided
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 to 2 pounds total), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 2/3 2/3
- cup white wine or dry vermouth
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
Chicken Salad Surprise

Place chicken, apple, and grapes in a medium bowl, toss to combine
- 4 cups Cooked Chicken ; shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Delicious Apple ; peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Red Seedless Grapes ; chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion ; chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Whole Wheat Bread for serving (optional)
Pomodora Salad

Directions Bring a small pot of water to a boil
- 4 fresh ripe tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 small red onion, sliced thinly length-wise (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme or oregano, or 1/4 teaspoon dried
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 loaf fresh whole bread, torn in pieces
Vegetable Dill Dip

Stir the sour cream mayonnaise, dill, onion, parsley and Beau monde Seasoning (or Seasoned Salt) in a bowl
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dried Dill
- 1 tablespoon Minced Onion
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning or Seasoned Salt
Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 3 Tbsps. Margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
- 5 Tbsps. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsps. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Tbsps. Prepared Mustard
Apple Cider Pork Loin Recipe

- 1 cup apple cider or pure apple juice
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 to 4-pound pork loin roast

- 1 Tablespoon (about) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
- Apple wedges for garnish, optional
Deviled Eggs

- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper, plus extra for garnish
