Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 pound unsalted cashews
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground hot red pepper

- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package crab meat
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Toasted baguette slices
- Tortilla chips
Teriyaki Glazed Halibut Steak

1. In a sauce pan combine all ingredients for the teriyaki glaze/marinade
- FOR THE MARINADE:
- 1 pound halibut steak
- 2/3 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1/2 cup mirin (Japanese cooking wine)

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon

Chicken Avocado Burgers

1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss gently
- Serves: 4 Burgers
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large ripe avocado - cut into chunks
- 1 chopped clove of garlic
- 1/3 cup Panko crumbs or Almond meal (to keep it Paleo friendly)
- 1 minced Pobiano or Jalapeno pepper (optional but recommended)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
