- 2/3 Apple juice concentrate
- 1 1/3 c water

- 1/2 cup sifted flour

- 1/4 tsp salt

- For Filling:
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2 to 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- For Glaze:
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp water
