Mushrooms Stuffed with Brie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Melt butter in large saucepan
- 1 package White Button Mushrooms, Washed And Stems Removed

- 1/4 ¼ cups Flat-leaf Parsley, Chopped
- 4 whole (to 5) Green Onions, Sliced (up To Middle Of Dark Green Part)
- Splash Of White Wine (optional)
- 1 slice (wedge) Of Brie Cheese
Southern Red Beans & Rice

Rinse and sort beans and place into a deep pot, adding water to cover beans plus about an inch or so
- 1 pound of dried, Camellia brand red kidney beans
- 1/2 pound of bacon, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large stalk of celery, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 10 About 10 turns of the pepper mill
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste, optional
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon of canola oil
- 1 package (14 oz.) Hillshire Farms beef smoked sausage or andouille sausage
- OR Ham bone and ham chunks if ya got any
- OR any combination of both
- 2 quarts of water
- 1/2 stick Land O' Lakes unsalted butter, optional
- Salt to taste, if needed – BUT ONLY AT THE END!
- Hot, cooked rice

1.Place tomatoes in a large bowl and crush them by hand
- 1 35oz can of imported Italian tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- 1 pound taggliatelle
- fresh ricotta cheese

In a large plastic food-storage bag, mix together the flour, salt and black pepper
- 2 cups dill pickle chips
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper plus more to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups finely crushed saltines
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Add oats to a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or all-purpose)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- Greek Seasoning:
- bean salad
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cups barley, cooked
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cups white beans, cooked
- 3 3 3 bell peppers of various colors (orange, yellow, red), chopped
- 1 1 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup packed fresh parsley
- 4 4 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 lemon, juiced
- to and pepper to taste
- to to pesto to the beans, barley and peppers along with the white vinegar and the lemon juice. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
