- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 package (3 1/2 oz) butterscotch instant pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 package while chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
DIJON MASHED POTATOES

- 1 pound yukon gold potatoes
- salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 TBSP unsalted butter (room temp)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar (for rolling dough)
- 36 mini peanut butter cups
Chili

Brown hamburger with onions, green pepper and garlic
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 green pepper (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoon garlic
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can kidney beams
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can green chile (mild/chopped)
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- dash tabasco
VODKA SLUSHIES

Boil 2 cups water. Add tea bags
- 4 tea bags
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 – 12 oz. Can lemonade, frozen
- 1 – 12 oz. Can frozen orange juice (or limeade)
- 3 cups vodka or brandy

Mix ingredients (except sugar/cinnamon to roll dough in)
- TO ROLL IN:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Fast Fudge Frosting

Mix sugar and cocoa in large bowl
- 4 cups (1 lb) powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa (powder)
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup butter (melted/softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla
RUM CAKE

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup dark rum (light will work ok)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
DUMP CAKE RECIPE
