NEIMAN-MARCUS COOKIES (Recipe may be halved)

Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder
- 2cups2 cups butter
- 24oz.24 oz. Chocolate chips
- 4cups4 cups flour
- 2cups2 cups brown sugar
- 2tsp.2 tsp. Soda
- 1tsp.1 tsp. Salt
- 2cups2 cups sugar
- 18 oz.1 8 oz. Hershey Bar (grated)
- 5cups5 cups blended oatmeal
- 44 eggs
- 2tsp.2 tsp. Baking powder
- 2tsp.2 tsp. Vanilla
- 3cups3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

Split 4 whole breasts (about 4 pounds)
- 4 lbs chicken breasts
- Swiss or Cheddar cheese (slices or grated)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or water
- 2 cups Pepperidge stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup butter
CRAB AND ARTICHOKE DIP

Mix together. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- 2 (13 oz.) cans artichokes (quartered)
- 2 cans crab
- 2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise.
BUTTER PECAN PUMPKIN BARS

BASE: Mix ingredients, press into 8 x 12 pan
- BASE:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- FILLING:
- 2 cups pumpkin (16 oz)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBSP butter, melted
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

Combine butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and eggs
- ICING:
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 4 oz coconut, shredded
- chopped pecans
- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 box (4 cups) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
VEGETABLE DIP

Mix thoroughly and chill
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 10 oz. Frozen spinach (thawed, drained and chopped well)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. Bomandi spice (optional)
TEPPAN YAKI ORANGE SAUCE

Combine all ingredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 3/8 tsp garlic powder.
APPLE STRUDEL

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, coarsely shredded
- 2 Granny Smith Apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TBSP flour
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
ALFREDO SAUCE

In a large frying pan, melt butter over high heat until it turns light brown
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Dash of nutmeg
- 3-4 cups cooked pasta
PEANUT SQUARES

CAKE: Mix together sugar, oil and eggs
- CAKE:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pack regular vanilla pudding (not instant)
- ICING:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- half and half
- OTHER:
- 1 can of Planters Redskin Spanish Peanuts
