Pizza Sticks

A 3 ingrediant appetizer
- 1 (12-oz.) refrigerated thin pizza crust
- 1 (10.5-oz.) container tomato bruschetta topping
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Italian cheese blend
Salmon with Lemon, Capers, and Rosemary

- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 8 lemon slices (about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine (or white wine)
- 4 teaspoons capers
- 4 pieces of aluminum foil
Honey Sesame Chicken

Marinate chicken in soy sauce, wine, sesame oil and sugar for about an hour
- Sauce:
- 3 pieces of chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp of sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
- 1- 2 tbsp of honey (depend on how sweet you want)
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of water
- some toasted sesame seed
White Strawberry Lemon Sangria

Add lemon slices to a large pitcher, then the apples, then the strawberries
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, cored and sliced (any kind)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced lengthwise
- 1 750 ml bottle white wine (a dry-ish white wine is best – I like Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 4 cups lemon-lime soda
Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
- 2 sticks butter (we’re going to brown it!)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Pumpkin Cheesecake

Marinated Mozzarella

- 3 (8-oz.) blocks mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8.5-oz.) jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained and halved
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Garnish: flat-leaf parsley sprigs or fresh rosemary stems

- 3 cup(s) finely diced seedless watermelon (about 2 1/4 pounds with the rind)
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/3 cup(s) chopped cilantro (about 1/2 bunch)
- 1/4 cup(s) lime juice
- 1/4 cup(s) minced red onion (about 1/2 small)
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt, or to taste
