Chili - Doctored Up

Janet Ann Proctor Brawner Janet makes this chili by using the following ingrediants
- Add:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- Small onion - Brown & drain grease
- 2c. tomato juice
- 2-15 oz. cans Dennisons chili con carne, (1 with beans & 1 with out beans)
- Stir & add:
- 1/4 t. cumin
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- Stir & heat thru.

- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup light ranch dressing
Creamy Pea Salad Recipe

In a bowl, combine the peas, cheese, onion, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper; mix well
- 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen peas
- 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Peanut Butter Cookies - Annabelle's

- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 c. flour + 1/4 c. flour
Chocolate Hug Cookies

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 bag Hershey's Hugs Kisses, wrappers removed

- 3 large Hershey bars (8 oz each) milk chocolate broken into small pieces.
- 2 pkgs. (11 1/2 oz) milk chocolate chips
- 1 large jar (13 oz) marshmallow dreme
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 tall can (13 oz) evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped walnuts, black walnuts, or pecans

- Tarragon-Lemon Pan Sauce
- Makes about 3/4 cup

- 1 shallot , minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice

- 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 cans (13 3/4 oz) chicken broth
- 2 boxes (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- (for more broccoli use 2-16 oz. bags)
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 sm. jar cheese whiz
- (Larger Batch)
- 4 1/2 T. butter
- 3 cans broth
- 1 1/2 c. cream
- 4 1/2 T. flour
- 3/4 c. water
