Greek Tortellini Salad

The classic Greek Salad gets an update by adding cheese tortellini
- ingredients:
- 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup kalamata olives, pit removed and chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Strawberry Cream Cheese Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 stick ( 1/2 cup) butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 quarts whole strawberries, capped and washed
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cut in small pieces
Pasta Fagioli

Brown beef in a skillet. Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with everything except pasta
- 2 lbs ground beef (optional)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped (optional)
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can white kidney beans, drained
- 3 (10 ounce) cans beef stock
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 (20 ounce) homemade sauce
- 8 ounces pasta
Fiesta Bubble Bread

In a large bowl, combine butter, cheeses, pepper slices and parsley; add biscuits and toss to coat
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1-1/2 c. shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10-oz. jar sliced jalapeño peppers, drained
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 2-12-oz. tubes refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
Lemon Pound Cake (Nedra)

- 4.3 ounce instant Lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil mixed with a 1/2 cup water

- George’s Tips | When shopping, look for a chunky salsa without any added sugar or corn syrup in the ingredients list. I've found that Pace’s Chunky Salsa does not add sugar and they should be readily available in any grocery store.

Incredible Breakfast Bake

Fantastic for any MEAL!
- 1 Can Flaky Grands
- Bag shredded cheddar 8 oz.
- Half cup milk
- Cubed ham or ground cooked sausage 1 cup cooked
- 5 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Add all ingredients and mix saving biscuits for last.
