Almond Tea

Mix first 3 ingredients and stir in the next 4
- Mix:
- 3 tabl. lemon instant tea (unsweetened). If you can't find it use plain amd add lemon slices or juice..
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- Stir in:
- 1- 12 oz can lemonade
- 1 tabl. almond extract
- 1 tabl. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 quarts cold water

- 4 oz. (1/2 block) of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup of canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 – 2 T pumpkin pie spice (adjust to taste)
- 3 – 4 T sugar (granulated or powdered; adjust to taste if you want the filling sweeter)
Chicken Crescent Roll Casserole

1. Set oven to 350°F. 2. Butter a casserole dish (any size to hold crescent rolls)
- 2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup gra...ted cheddar cheese or swiss cheese (or any cheese of choice)
- 1/2 cup 18% table cream (or use whipping cream)
- FILLING
- 4 ounces cream cheese (very soft)
- 4 tablespoons butter (very soft but not melted)
- 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped (can use green onions)
- 2 large cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped (or use about 2 cups, can use cooked turkey)
- 1/2-3/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (or use 1/2 teaspoon white salt or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 2-4 tablespoons mayonnaise or whipping cream
- 1-2 cup grated cheddar cheese (for topping)
Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken

First, Sprinkle and rub the chicken breasts with seasoning salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- Lowry's Seasoning Salt
- 6 bacon slices
- 1/4 cup regular mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushroom (I omitted because my family does not like mushrooms)
- 2 cup shredded Colby/Jack cheese
Crockpot Balsamic Chicken

Combine the first five dry spices in a small bowl and spread over chicken on both sides
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 24 ounces) or breasts
- sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley
Pizza Spaghetti Casserole

Directions: Boil water & salt for Spaghetti noodles, once it starts boiling, add noodles
- Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground meat (I like turkey)
- 1 16 oz. box uncooked spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 ounces sliced pepperoni (I like Turkey)
- 1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
- 1 16 oz. can diced Italian style tomatoes
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Italian cheese blend
- Any other pizza toppings, you can add like Black olives, sausage, onions, green peppers, etc...
Texas Trash Warm Bean Dip

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans (16 ounces, each) refried beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded

Cream butter, shortening and sugar together in a large bowl
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup shortening, I use Crisco All-Vegetable Shortening
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon butter extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup Sparkling Cider, I love Martinelli's brand
- GLAZE
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Spakling Cider
Barbecue Chicken II

Mix BBQ sauce with all ingredients listed underit
- 4-6 pieces chicken (I use boneless breasts)
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 teas. mesquite seasoning
- 1/2-1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teas. garlic powder
Mini Key Lime pies

Mix pudding and milk until semi-firm, add lime juice and mix well
- 1 pkg. small sugar-free fat free instant pudding (use vanilla or White chocolate ( I use White Chocolate)
- 1 1/2 cups skim Milk
- 1/2 cup Key Lime juice
- Small tub cool whip
- 3 boxes of Athens mini fillo shells
