Angel Food Cake (in the microwave)

Mix water with cake mix. Pour in to Tupperwave with cone
- 1/2 package of Angel Food cake mix (No Name works great)
- 1/2 amount of water as per recipe on pkg
Pumpkin Roll

Mix cake. Line a large cookie sheet with wax paper
- Cake:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Can Pure Pumpkin
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- Filling:
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp. Soft Butter
- 3/4 tsp. Vanilla
Hash Brown Bake

Thaw potatoes overnight in fridge
- 2 lb frozen hash browns (bag)
- 500 ml sour cream
- 2 tins of condensed soup (Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery or Onion)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated or finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or parmesan cheese
Icing

Cream butter and shortening
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Shortening
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 4 Cups Icing Sugar
- 3 Tbls. Milk
Fruit Salsa

Place apple pieces, kiwi pieces and strawberries in Quick Chef
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and cut into wedges
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into pieces
- 8 strawberries, remove stems
- 2 tbsp. apple jelly (optional – but, tastes better!)
Baked Macaroni

- 3 Tbls Butter
- 3 Tbls Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Quick Strawberry Ice Cream

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Cinnamon Sticky Buns - Microwave

All you need is a microwave and 4 ingredients to make these quick and easy sticky buns!
- 1 roll of Pilsbury refrigerator biscuits, plain or cinnamon flavored
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon-vanilla spice
Blizzards from the Quick Chef

Crush candy and/or cookies into small pieces in to the Quick chef
- 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream
- 4 cookies crushed or 1/4 cup of candy
- 4 tbsp milk
Simple Veggie Cheese Dip

- 16 oz low fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red sweet pepper from a jar, drained
- 2 stalks green onions, both ends trimmed and cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and drained
- 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley
- 1/2 tbsp fresh oregano
