FRUIT DIP

Mix all together and refrigerate
- 1 small instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 small cool whip
BUTTER LETTUCE DRESSING

Mix first 4 ingredients and spread over lettuce and add the rest of ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon EVOO
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- Kosher salt and ground pepper
- 1 head butter lettuce, separate into leaves
- 2 tablespoons slices of bacon or pancetta
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1-1/2 oz. Roquefort cheese or other Blue Cheese, crumbled
BARB - SCALLOPED CORN

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- 1 can 2-1/2 cup whole corn, drained
- 1 can 1-1/2 cup cream style corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sour cream or 3/4 cup milk
- 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped red or green pepper
SPINACH QUICHE

Beat cream cheese and 1 egg together in bowl
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup grated medium or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 10 oz. canned sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup skim evaporated milk or cream
- 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
ZUPPA TOSCANA SOUP (OLIVE GARDEN)

1. Brown sausage links in a sauté pan
- 1 lb. Italian sausages (use spicy to get that signature Olive Garden flavour)
- 4-6 russet potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Real Bacon pieces
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (about 3-4 cloves)
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup kale or Swiss Chard, chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
BEER BATTER (FISH) - SANDY

- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 4-1/2 tablespoons Corn Starch
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoons paprika
- 1-1/2 tablespoons oil

- 1-1/2 cans Beer
- 3 teaspoons Cajun Hot Seasoning (optional)

- Cheese of your choice, cut the size of the smokies
- 1 to 1-1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 Knorr Vegetable Recipe mix
CHICKEN SALAD - THE BEST

Mix all ingredients. Note: You can eat it by itself or make a sandwich using croissant and spinach
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup diced Granny Smith apples
- 1 can (10 ounces) white chunk chicken breast, broken up into pieces or you can use roast chicken
- Baby spinach
- Croissants
PIG LICKIN GOOD ORANGE CAKE

- 1 Box Orange Cake mix or Yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 16 oz. can Mandarin Oranges - partially drained
- 1 13oz. Cool Whip
- 1 box Vanilla Custard instant pudding
- 1 can drained crushed pineapple
DEVILED EGGS

- For 6 eggs, use 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tsp. vinegar, 1 Tsp. prepared mustard, 1/8 tsp. onion powder and dash of pepper.
